It has been owned and managed by ESL instructors since 1998. The school caters to motivated students who want to work hard to achieve academic excellence and personal success. Our new campus was purpose-built in 2011 and is bright and welcoming – our students are surprised to ind such bright colours and attractive décor in a school. They love the warm atmosphere and enjoy relaxing and studying in our spacious student lounge. Live in the heart of the downtown and make life-long friendships in a supportive full-service environment. Single and double rooms are available in downtown Halifax for students who seek high-quality independent living. A live-in Residence Coordinator provides support and assistance, and spacious design allows students to relax, study, or spend time with friends. Each loor is equipped with several washrooms, common areas, and a kitchenette, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a social environment. Visits to local parks and restaurants, attending special events and weekend trips to places such as Prince Edward Island and Cape Breton - there is something for everyone! The UCP program prepares international students for future university or college studies in North America by guiding them U CP to develop the English language skills Program Length necessary for their academic success.
