The development process, coordinated by County Executive Committee member in charge of Finance and Economic Planning, Ms. Mary Nguli and a team of technical experts from the department who included; Ms. Sophiah Kamau, Mr. Stephen Mungai, Mr. Joseph Ng’ang’a, Mr. Samuel Muthondu, Ms. Charity Gathoni and Ms. Faith Makena. Their unwavering commitment and teamwork is duly acknowledged. Similarly, we express our appreciation to all the department staff who played a critical role in the development of this plan.
