Annexure-I : Specifications of Approved drug compound library The compounds should be structurally diverse, medicinally active, and cell permeable Compounds should have rich documentation with structure, Target, Activity and IC50 should be known Compounds which are supplied should have been validated by NMR and HPLC to ensure high purity Each compound should be supplied as 10mM solution in DMSO and at least 100µl of each compound should be supplied. Compounds should be supplied in screw capped vial arranged as 96 well plate format.
