Josh Monroy Bio Joshua Monroy better known as Igloo is currently Ludacris’ recording engineer and works out of Ludaplex Studios in College Park, GA. Monroy’s experience is highlighted by working along side Ludacris, who he has helped earn 7 platinum records not to mention a Grammy winning album, "Release Therapy." Monroy is a multifaceted recording engineer whose talent doesn’t stop there. He is also a producer and musician. Monroy continues to grow as an individual that genuinely wants to create good music; music that doesn’t necessarily have to be confined to one specific genre. He plans on expanding his horizons and making music that is good, whether it be Pop, Hip Hop, R & B, Dance, or Rock & Roll. Monroy lives by being about the music not the money or fame, just the music. Monroy has been in the industry 5 years strong. He has worked with artists such as Block Xchange (DTP), Mary J Blige, 4-IZE, Ludacris and others.
