The requirements are specified in section 14 of Part 2 of the Freedom of Information Act. The Summary of Affairs has to contain a list of each of the Agency's policy documents, advice on how the agency's most recent Statement of Affairs may be obtained and contact details for accessing this information. The Summaries have to be published by the end of June and the end of December each year and need to be delivered to Communications and Advertising two weeks prior to these dates.
