Network of multifunctional open space – a variety of facilities can be provided for sport, recreation and play in accessible and prominent locations. 6. High quality streets and spaces – the streets are identified as tree lined places rather than traffic conduits. 7. Appropriate infrastructure – facilitating participation in everyday activity. 8.
