VENUE CHARGES IN PARKS AND GARDENS 1. Peak rates will be charged for events held on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. 2. All charge rates reflected are inclusive of GST. 3. Charge rates for venues excluding venues that are charged hourly, are inclusive of a complimentary half-day for set up (between 1.30pm to 4.30pm) and half- day for tear down (between 9.30am to 12.30pm). 4. A minimum of 4 hours is required for venues that are charged based on hourly rates. Set up and tear down for room bookings will need to be done within the duration you have booked the room for. 5. Set up or tear down of structures, and the entry of vehicles into parks are strictly prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. 6.
