In early May, the Community Founda- tion rolled out a new website design (www.ilprairiecf.org), courtesy of volunteers organized through 48in48 which connects local nonprofits with skilled marketing and technology pro- fessionals. We believe the redesigned website allows IPCF to provide local nonprofits and fund holders with more information about how we connect do- nors who care with causes that matter. Duane is Executive Vice President – Technology, Digital and Innovation for State Farm Insurance. He began his career with State Farm in 1980 in Pennsylvania, moving to Bloom- ington in 1988. The Farringtons relocated and returned to the community many times, most recently in 2009. Duane is very involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal. He serves as chairman of its Com- munity Advisory Council, meeting quarterly with local com- munity leaders to update them on happenings at the club; volunteers most Wednesday nights as part of the Passport Toni and Duane Farrington to Manhood program; and chaired the club’s annual fund drive campaign and fundraising breakfast in 2015.
