Installing DCFS mobile app 1. Open the DCFS app store 2. Tap the menu button and select Featured 3. Tap the SACWIS app 4. Tap Request/Reinstall, then tap Install 5. Email settings will be automatically pushed to the device. 2. Enter your network (NT account) password to allow the device to sync email, contacts, and calendar. 3. Open the mail app. When prompted, enter your DCFS network password and tap OK. NOTE: If password is entered incorrectly, the password prompt will appear again. Entering the password incorrectly two times will lock the user’s network account, preventing computer access as well. If the user’s network account is locked out, please contact the Help Desk to have it unlocked. 4. When password is correctly entered, mail should start to sync. It may take a minute or two for mail to start appearing, depending on connection speed and amount of mail, sync should only take a few minutes to complete.
