On March 13, 2015, he was released on radio as the album's second single. It was written by Madonna, Jason Evigan, Evan Bogart and Sean Douglas, and produced by Madonna, Billboard and Evigan. After hearing Douglas's previous work, Madonna asked during the studio with him. Together with other songwriters, they wrote ghosttown in three days. The song is inspired by destroying city images beneath armageddon, and as survivors continue their lives, lovingly being the only thing they can hold on.
