Agriculture & Farming Contains information about farms, farmers, and agribusinesses mainly in the Staunton area, as well as information about historic and non- historic farms and barns, Avian Flu, Cyrus McCormick, Farmers Markets, farmland preservation. See also Environment & Conservation for Ag-Forestal district information. Airport - Shenandoah Valley Regional Contains information about the Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport in Weyers Cave. Animal Shelter Contains information on the Regional Animal Shelter that opened in 2011, after localities ceased working with the SPCA. Archeology Contains information about archeological digs mainly in the Shenandoah Valley, including the Dold-White house. There are also some volumes of the Quarterly Bulletin of the Archeological Society of Virginia. For non-human remains see Geology. Architecture Contains articles about architecture concerning multiple structures in Staunton and surrounding areas. Also included is information about Thomas Blackburn and his work. Business and Industry - Hotels Contains information of hotel buildings in Staunton and Augusta County even if they are no longer a hotel, including Belle Grae Inn and Ingleside which housed foreign consulate members during World War II, Business and Industry - Hotels - Massanetta Springs A resort that was a very popular place to stay during its heyday in the mid-1900s in Rockingham County. Business and Industry - Hotels - Stonewall Jackson Hotel The name was changed to Hotel 24 South, its address, in 2020.
