The series features performances by an eclectic group of musicians from the 2011 Festival, including violinist Regina Carter, saxophonist/vocalist Curtis Stigers (pictured), pianist Kenny Barron, and guitarist Kevin Eubanks. In each episode, we are guided through the last ten years of the festival with artist interviews, stories from the festival producers, and musical highlights. Rochester International Jazz Festival 10th Anniversary Series, airs Sundays at 7 p.m. beginning May 13 on WXXI-TV/HD Signs of the Time Presented by WXXI and produced by Rochester-based Crystal Pix, Signs of the Time reveals the myth and the mystery of baseball’s greatest innovation – hand signals.
