( 1 ) A copy of the Pedigree Certificate (a copy of the Certified Export Pedigree is also a c c e p t a b l e ) (The exhibitor must be mentioned as the owner on the pedigree.) ( 2 ) 2 Photos of dog (one taken from front an d another taken on side) ( 3 ) A copy of the Import Quarantine Certificate (The Import Quarantine Certificate needs to be submitted t o t h e J K C o f f i c e as soon as the dog enters in Japan.) * As the Japanese Quarantin e System is very strict, please be sure t o prepare the required documents before entering Japan. Consequently, the dog with any national c hampion title n e e d s t o s u b m i t some form of c ertificate or document to prove i t s eligibility , e . g . C h a m p i o n Certificate or Ped igree with c h a mpion title on it, together with the E n t r y F o r m . * Please be sure to send us the above documents in either the P D F o r t h e JPEG format o n l y . 3. Please submit the Entry Form a n d r e q uired documents b y E - m a i l ( 2021f c i j a p a n @ j k c . o r . j p ) . The entry fee must be paid via PayPal. A f t e r t h e content of y o u r e n t r y application is confirmed, the invoice for the entry fee will be sent to y o u r E - mail address from PayPal. Once you received the invoi ce, please expedite your payment w i t h o u t d e l a y . Please note that your entry fee shall not be returned under any p e r s o n a l circumstances.
