Garden Waste Service April 2016 to March 2017 Thank you to the 17,000 residents currently using the Garden Waste Service. By joining they have helped to improve the environment and increase the Council’s recycling rate. 'Great news!' The price for next year's Garden Waste Service starting from April 2016 will stay the same. • £30 for the fi rst bin and £10 for each additional bin collection. • Collections run fortnightly throughout the year. The 81-year-old, who was made Freeman of the Borough in 2010, said he was pleased and humbled by the privilege.
