AND WHEREAS citizens of British Columbia are urged to lend their whole-hearted support, most particularly in the month of May, towards the goal of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis; A Proclamation be issued designating May, 1991, as 'Cystic Fibrosis Month' in the Province of British Columbia.
