Location : Ganjam district is one of the south-east located districts in Odisha. It lies between 84o9’ to 85o11’ east longitude and between 19o0’ to 20o17’ north latitude. It is bounded by the Nayagarh district in north, Gajapati district in south, Puri & Khurda district in the east and Kandhamala district in the west. 2. Climate : The climate condition of the district is generally hot with high humidity during April to May and cold during December to January.
