BAR NEWS “Curbside Consultations” with Two Psychiatrists and a Psychologist The Berks County Bar Association is pleased to announce an increased benefit of membership. Larry A. Rotenberg, M.D., FAPA, a board-certified psychiatrist, and Robin Altman, M.D., a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, will now be joined by David O’Connell, Ph.D., a psychologist. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be scheduling any sessions until a later date. (Please note that these consultations are typically held on the first and third Thursdays of the month.) Members may discuss with them cases involving mental injuries and whether a forensic psychiatric evaluation would be appropriate. Mental health issues in general may also be discussed. The consultation at the Bar Building is at no charge to the member. We appreciate Drs. Rotenberg, Altman and O’Connell giving their time in this manner.
