Illie Venter/Venter and Associates Developer 12/4/2008 Circuit Court ordered entered 1) pay any outstanding fees and obtain the Certificate of Occupancy. 2) agreed settlement of $150,000.00. 3) Surrender for revocation all licenses held by Ilie Venter and Venter & Associates. 4) $300,000 default fine if defendant fails comply with the terms of the agreement. Sedgwick Properties, Marty Paris Developer 12/1/2008 Settlement was reached with the developer of 437 W. North Ave, Sedgwick Properties, and the condo association. The developer will pay the condo association $75,000 and commence immediate repairs at the property totaling approximately $40,000 more. The developer will pay the city a $1000 fine, which will escalate if there is any unreasonable delay in the developer getting the repairs done. Exodus Development Company, Inc General Fined $500 Contractor Taylor’s Home Improvement, Willie General Paid $10,000 restitution to property owner. Taylor Contractor ABD Construction & North Ridgeway General 4/23/2009 Circuit Court order entered a total fine of $706,000, and LLC & Czerwik, Jerry Contractor & revoked ABD Construction and Jerry Czerwik's general Developer contractor's license. The developer and general contractor were also found in contempt of court, with a $1000 per day fine. They were ordered to cure all the code violations and to secure a certificate of occupancy by June 22, 2009. Chamberlain, John Plumber 7/7/2009 Board of Plumbing Examiners held a hearing and ruled that Mr. Chamberlain was convicted of a felony which is cause for revocation of his plumbers license. Echols, Travis Plumber 5/5/2009 Board of Plumbing Examiners held a hearing and ruled that Mr. Travis was convicted of a felony which is cause for revocation of his plumbers license. Oscar Prado Plumbing Plumber 9/30/2008 Prado Plumbing license was placed in-active due to not complying with State of Illinois request W-2's and employee records. Reyes, Eric Plumber 7/7/2009 Board of Plumbing Examiners held a hearing and ruled that Mr. Reyes was convicted of a felony which is cause for revocation of his plumbers license. White, Thomas / M & T Plumbing Plumber 3/22/2010 Pled liable 7-28-060 Conditions Detrimental to Public Health - Public Nuisance. Fined $500 & $40 cost. .
