RASA SINGH RAWAT (Ajmer) : Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, before presentation of any Bill in this House, it should first be referred to the standing The Lok Sabha met at Eleven of the Clock. committee for consideration. The Item Nos. 14, whole heartedly. 16 and 17 are with reference to three Bills all related to the Ministry of Finance. [English] MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER : This is Question Hour. MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER : I have been informed SHRI NIRMAL KANTI CHATTERJEE : This is that normally the Bills seeking to replace the Ordinances Question Hour but this is concerning the List of Business are not referred to the Standing Committee. which is even before the Question Hour. All these Bills have to be referred to the Standing because the Insurance Regulatory Bill has been sent Committee on Finance which is the normal practice. to the Standing Committee.
