Create a Short Dance Routine

There is a huge craze right now for Dance! People all over the world are creating, sharing and discovering short dance music videos! These videos are not very long, only 15 seconds! The videos have become a great outlet for people to express themselves through singing, dancing, comedy and lip-syncing. So your challenge is to make one of your own! When creating your dance there are a few things to think about: It can only be 15 seconds, so choose the best part of the song. Music needs to have an upbeat and fun tempo. Can be any lyrics (but no swearing). Quick and easy arm lines and movements such as the V shape, tutting or ripples. Use a range of foot patterns such as kicks, jumps, leaps. Repeat movements if you can’t think of anything else. Make sure to sing along or lip-sync to the lyrics. Most importantly… remember to HAVE FUN! Here are links to some example, these videos show the full dance then have step-by-step tutorials on how to do the dances.
