The building consists of a four-story 118,625 square-foot (gross) masonry and stell commercial office and parking structure containing 64,413 square feet of net-rentable office area (70,739 square feet gross), a 13,269 square-foot lower level (which includes a community room and multiple storage rooms) and a 34,840 square-foot parking garage. The building was well constructed and has been very well maintained. Features include “state-of-the-art” communications, heating and air conditioning, a Carlisle roofing system, and two large multi-story inner atriums which provide ample light both inside and outside the leased areas.
