Scotland traffic disruption in several Budapest -8°C -6°C -6°C areas of Scotland. • In BULGARIA, heavy rain and snowfall caused floods Belgrade -6°C -6°C -3°C and snow damage, including power supply interruptions in hundreds of villages and the closure of Sarajevo -12°C -12°C -7 °C major roads. The municipalities of Smolyan and Rudozem in Smolyan province, as well as Dve Mogili Bucharest -15°C -18°C -15°C in Ruse province and Kameno in Burgas, have declared a State of Disaster (media).
