
Bay The Bay neighborhood is located near the geographic center of Springfi eld, ap- proximately two miles east of the Cen- tral Business District in Metro Center. East Forest Park The East Forest Park neighborhood is located in the south central part of the city, beginning about two miles from the Central Business District (Metro Center). Principal boundaries are Watershops Pond to the north; the Town of East Longmead- East Forest Park neighbor- ow to the south; Schneelock Brook to the east; hood is located in the south and the former Highland Division Rail Line to central part of the city, the west.
