Press release PAI Partners expands senior operations team 24 June 2020 PAI Partners, a leading European private equity firm, announces the appointment of Marc Boullier as Managing Director, as the firm continues to reinforce its senior operations team, the PAI Performance Group (PPG). Marc will lead IT and digital transformation across PAI and its portfolio companies. He brings over 25 years of experience as an IT and digital expert, having recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Mobility Work (GMAO) and, prior to that, as Chief Information Officer at Carambar & Co. Marc has also held senior positions at Vistali, Wavestone, Accenture and AlixPartners. Marc’s appointment follows a number of senior hires over the last year to bolster the PPG, which oversees operational transformation programmes across the firm’s portfolio and supports due diligence. Christian Atherton, a specialist in top line growth, joined PAI in January 2020 from Simon-Kucher & Partners whilst Séverine de Wulf, an expert on talent, leadership and governance, was appointed in September 2019 from Spencer Stuart. They joined Franck Temam and Cornelia Gomez, long-standing members of the PPG who focus on supply chain and ESG & sustainability, respectively.
