They are not included in this analysis as their impact on the Lichfield demographic and deprivation characteristics are minimal. Within a 2km radius of Lichfield city centre there are 3 LSOAS where the number of people aged 50 - 64 plus falls within the highest quintile. One of these is just to the south of the city centre. There are a further 7 LSOAs within the 2km radius where the number of people aged 50 - 64 falls into the second highest quintile. These LSOAs are located across more residential areas including Boley Park, Leomansley and Nether Stowe and suggest a moderate number of people in this age group. There are a further 9 LSOAs within the 2km radius that fall into the second highest quintile for the 65 – 74 aged group suggesting that there are high numbers of this age group. These LOSAs are concentrated in a band which runs across the centre of Lichfield city.
