The petitioner has called into question the second respondent Deputy Commissioner’s order, dated 27.01.2014 (Annexure-J). 3. I am disinclined to entertain this petition on merits on the short ground of the availability of the alterative remedy. Keeping all the contentions open and reserving the liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy of filing an 3 appeal before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal invoking Section 49 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, I dispose of this petition. 4. Needless to observe that it is open to the petitioner to make an application for the condonation of delay invoking Section 5 of the Limitation Act and also seek exclusion of time bonafide spent on these proceedings invoking Section 14 of the said Act. 5.
