Area of responsibility A meteorological service is provided within the Piarco FIR and the TMAs/CTRs of the states listed at 1 above. Trinidad and Tobago also has the responsibility to provide area forecasts and upper level grid point winds for the area bounded by 02 degrees north latitude and 10 degrees north latitude, 50 degrees west longitude and 60 degrees west longitude. Types of Service 4.1 Personal briefing and consultation for flight crew members are provided at Aerodromes with Met Services, Refer to Subsection AD 2.11. For all other Airports, briefings are available by telephone to the associated Met Office. Flight documentation is provided for scheduled commercial and other flights, and also upon request. 4.2 Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport Briefing and/or consultation can be done via the telephone, personal consultation or self briefing display. Flight documentation is provided by the Forecast Office at V.C. Bird International Airport. 4.3 Piarco Airport For international flights of duration greater than two (2) hours between legs, documentation consists of a significant weather chart, two levels of upper wind/temperature charts, the latest aerodrome forecasts for destinations and alternates and ascent/descent winds and temperatures up to 20,000 feet. For flights less than two (2) hours duration a significant weather chart with grid point winds and temperatures and latest aerodrome forecasts. Notification required from operators For Anguilla, there is a one (1) hour notice requirement by the Meteorological Service from the operator in respect of briefing, consultations, flight documentations and other meteorological information. However, if the information required is of great quantity, one and a half (1½) hours advance notice is necessary. For Trinidad and Tobago there is a two (2) hours advance notice required by the Meteorological Service from operators on request of briefing, consultations and flight documentations and other meteorological information. 6. Aircraft reports Pursuant to ICAO Annex 3,5.3.1 the making and transmission of aircraft reports (AIREP) are required at ATS/MET reporting
