GOLUNSKY: If the Tribunal please; 3 , about the names of thos~ two sailors killed on those ~. 1 ships, I have verified the whole matter and it shows 3' 6 1 1 that there is no mistake in translation and, as it 8 appea,:s from the document, the situation is this. 9 On the seas December 18 the ship "SvirstroyU was # 10 shelled by Japanese and two men, Kovernikov and 11 Elagin, were killed •. This is exhibit 819 •. 12 As for the second 'ship, "Sergey Laso, It 15 mentioned in the exhibit 820, it was not shelled; 14 it was only bombed from the airplanes and nobody was 15 killed during this bombing on t his ship. After this , 16 ~' the crews of all the ships were brought ashore and ~: 17 pooled together, and when they were ashore a shell 18 from an English ship broke into the hous~ where they '19 ,lived and two men, Krivoruchko and Bochko, were .to killed by that shell.
