banquet tables, chairs, simple flower centrepiece, background music and back up venue in case of rain • Prices are subject to 7% tax and 10% service charge • A deposit of 50% of all foreseen charges is required at time of confirmation of the event and in order to lock in the date • A further payment of 50% shall be settled at least seven days prior to the event date • Any other charges will be settled and finalised upon departure • For any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the event, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit paid and the event will be charged at full rate • All dietary requirements must be made known at time of booking • In consideration of our in-house guests, the volume for all music entertainment must be lowered by 11:30 pm and cease by midnight.
