The Container Art Terminals (CATs), which were established as a part of the Creative City Creation Project of Busan Metropolitan City in July 2013, act as complex culture facilities consisting of 27 containers symbolizing Busan’s dynamism. They were constructed as two facilities standing three stories above ground. The site is composed of ‘Soran-dong’ consisting of a multi-purpose hall and exhibition room, and ‘Doran-dong’ consisting of a studio room, residence and office.
