SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the "21st Century Highways Act". SECTION 2. Providing federal funding for new Interstate highways There are hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for (1) Such sums necessary for the construction of an Interstate highway linking Interstate 530 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Interstate 10 in Mobile, Alabama; via Jackson, Mississippi and Hattiesburg, Mississippi (2) Such sums necessary for the construction of an Interstate highway linking Interstate 35E in Filename: 2021_wi_bill_curtsinger_graham_1064.pdf Page 1/2 Dallas, Texas to Interstate 44 in Tulsa, Oklahoma (3) Such sums necessary for the construction of an Interstate highway linking Interstate 80 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Interstate 29 in Hamburg, Iowa (4) Such sums necessary for the construction of an Interstate highway linking Interstate 29 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Interstate 72 in Hannibal, Missouri; via Cameron, Missouri SECTION 3. Appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until whichever of the following first occurs: (1) The enactment into law of an appropriation (including continuing appropriation) for any purpose for which amounts are made available in section 2. (2) The enactment into law of the applicable regular or continuing appropriations resolution or other Act without any appropriation for such purpose.
