Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, San Fernando City, La Union [email protected] | (072) 607-0477 SIGNIFICANT OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2018 ARREST OF HIGH VALUE TARGETS FOREIGN NATIONAL -INDIAN DETAILS OF OPERATION On February 15, 2018 at 12:20 AM, joint elements of PDEA ROI, Vigan CPS, Ilocos Sur PIB and PDEU initiated by PDEA ROI conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Tamag, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur which resulted to the arrest of Mikhil Arvindbhai Parmar (Indian National). Confiscated during the operation were one (1) piece of paper containing marijuana dried leaves weighing 1.9392 grams, two (2) improvised glass tooter, one (1) wooden pipe tooter, one (1) lighter and Php 500.00 used as buy bust money. Cases for violation of Section 5 and 12, Art II of RA 9165 were filed in court against the suspect. DRUG GROUP LEADER- ARTHUR OLIVER DG DETAILS OF OPERATION On February 12, 2018 at 3:30 PM, joint elements of PDEA ROI, ISPPO, Sinait MPS, IS PIB, PDEU and PMPSF initiated by PDEA ROI implemented Search Warrant Number 13 S’2018 issued by Hon Judge Raphiel Alzate of RTC Br 24, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur at Brgy. Pug-os, Sinait, Ilocos Sur which resulted to the arrest of William Arthur y Savellano (Arthur-Oliver Drug Group Leader) and Marlene Arthur y Sinco. Confiscated during the operation were nine (9) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 11.0003 grams, seven (7) open transparent plastic sachets with suspected shabu residue, one (1) scissor, one (1) pack unused transparent plastic sachets, one (1) memory card and assorted paraphernalia. Cases for violation of Section 11 and 12, Art II of RA 9165 were filed in court against the suspects. ELECTIVE OFFICIAL- BARANGAY KAGAWAD DETAILS OF OPERATION On February 26, 2018 at 9:45 pM, joint elements of PDEA ROI and Calasiao PS initiated by PDEA ROI conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. San Miguel, Calasiao, Pangasinan which resulted to the arrest of Jonathan Velasco y Felix @ Jong (Barangay Kagawad). Confiscated during the operation two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 0.18 gram with and Php 500.00 used as buy bust money. Cases for violation of Section 5 and 11, Art II of RA 9165 were filed in court against the suspect. .
