Topping the lot at 110p/kg and £1,032 was a 938kg cow from Messrs. H.M, C.S. & M.A. Rowe of Ruan Minor purchased by Dawn West Devon of Hatherleigh with all dairy cows averaging 99.37p/kg. Martin of Coombe making £935 apiece with Shorthorn crosses from the same farm selling to £820. A strong yearling Charolais steer from Mr. W.J. Buckett of Ashton realised £780. Top price over the whole heifer section was for super Limousin x at just 11 months old from Messrs. L.M. & C.G.
