My name is Lexi Klein, I have the privilege of serving as your Garfield County Fair & Rodeo Royalty Queen. I am 17 years old and attend Rifle High School. I am a native of our beautiful valley, born in Glenwood Springs, spending my first seven years in New Castle followed by ten years in Rifle. I thoroughly enjoy our western heritage…I have been riding horses since I was seven years old, I have participated in 4H for nine years showing both horses and pigs. I have served as vice president for my 4H club, Rifle AG, volunteered at the RIDE program and had the honor of being awarded the buckle in Gymkhana series. I have always had a passion and trust with my horses! This love and trust for my horse was tested when I was kicked in the head by my horse and flown flight for life to receive care…but the love and trust remained and I continue to enjoy riding. Outside of riding and showing my horse I enjoy a variety of activities. I am a member of our drama club, I help out in my high school’s library, volunteer as a leader for Camp Invention and love reading a good book. I am honored to be able to represent Garfield County Fair & Rodeo as your Queen and be able to give back to my community. I hope to see you at the fair between July 30th and August 5th in Rifle, Colorado. 7 Kylie Dice - Princess Hi!
