(1836)has been reinstated by Burbidge(1982) who notedits alfrnltywrlh Minuria. Its singlespecies, E macrorhizafXJ., rs clearly conspecific with Minuria chippendaleiLander & R. Barry. So too is O/earmaspera W. Fitzg. However,the weakly dimorphicachene and pappusof the ray anddisc florets of thisspecies, the steriledisc achenes, and the characteisticdisc stigma lobes of the typedescribed above noted by Lander& Barry (1980)and Gray (in Burbidge1982, footnote p. 10)argue strongly for its placementin Minuria ratherthan Oleariaor in an isolated,monotypic genus.
