Last weekend at its annual fundraiser and auction COT Team dinner gala, the Community Services Center celebrated 32 years of community involvement, service, cooperation and collaboration with people from Taiwan’s local and international communities. This year’s Corporate Community Service Award recipient is the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, and the Individual Feature Writers and Photographers Community Service Award recipient is Mr. Fred Voigtmann. As a community leader, Mr. Voigtmann helped support the “birth” of the Community Services Center and raise additional funds to provide sufficient resources for the Center’s initial year of operation, 32 years ago.
