RECOMMENDATIONS IN REPORTS ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS COUNCIL POLICY UNTIL ADOPTED 29 March 2019 Values 1. Leadership: members will actively promote and support these principles and ensure they are reflected in the way in which MDC operates, including a regular review and assessment of MDC’s collective performance.
