Presentation of the response to questions by Bobby Wilson, Executive Director, Chris Richardson, Deputy Director, Jason Maxedon, Deputy Director, Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency and Jim Ripley, Chairman, Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission. B. Comments by members of the public (may want to limit to 3-5 minutes per person). C. Subcommittee action as appropriate. VII. Alcoholic Beverage Commission Follow-up A. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission appeared before this subcommittee on September 15, 2020, to present responses to findings in the September 2020 Performance Audit. At that time, the subcommittee recommended a six year extension for the commission. In addition, the commission was asked to appear before this subcommittee no later than December 31, 2021, to provide an update on progress made in addressing audit findings. B. Presentation of the response to questions by Russell F. Thomas, Executive Director and Aaron Rummage, Director of Legislation for Policy and Communication, Alcoholic Beverage Commission. C. Comments by members of the public (may want to limit to 3-5 minutes per person). D. Subcommittee action as appropriate. VIII. Actions by this joint subcommittee are submitted to the Government Operations Committees for deliberation and final decision prior to being placed on calendar during legislative session.
