(a) prohibit the possession by any person of all firearms and ammunition in Obosi . Local Council area and Onitsha Urban County Council area from the Port Harcourt Road southwards to Idemili River, west to the River Niger, and east to Obost ; and '(b) prohibit the possession by any native of Obosi, that is to say any person whois a memberofa tribe indigenous to Obosi, of all firearms and ammunition in that part of Onitsha Urban County Council area which is not included in paragraph (a).
