They along with head coach Boomer Walker and assistant Skip Walker will join 15 new players and one new assistant coach to fight for the right to host the conference tournament in a very competitive league. Salt Lake City, Utah 3 2010 Outlook This year’s CSI baseball team will look to depth as key strength for the 2010 season There is one thing CSI head coach Boomer Walker knows about this year’s squad - they are inexperienced but talented. Only one player returns with significant experience in the field. Several pitchers return but didn’t carry the burden of being one of the four-rotation starters last season. Still, eight return from a team that finished second in the Region 18Tournament and advanced to the district playoff. And all eight contributed at some point in their freshmen year. Add to them two sophomore transfers and Walker knows he has leadership. The experience will come. “I am excited to watch this group grow,” Walker
