Call for Expressions of Interest to Strengthen the Strategic International Collaborations of I-SITE Université Lille Nord-Europe

Call for expressions of interest to strengthen the strategic international collaborations of I-SITE Université Lille Nord-Europe The Foundation I-SITE ULNE supports events of scientific excellence organized by its founding members1 or regional external partners2. These events are expected to reinforce the I-SITE ULNE strategy for research and international development. Priority will be given to projects involving an invited speaker from at least one of the following universities: Northwestern Europe: KU Leuven, Catholic University of Louvain, Ghent University, RWTH Aachen University, Wageningen University & Research, Radboud University Nijmegen, University of Kent; Brazil: Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Pontifical Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC- MINAS), Universidade Federal de Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Universidade Estadual Paulista; China: Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Zheijiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Tsinghua University, Peking University. The involvement of several members and / or external partners of I-SITE ULNE is a plus. An amount of € 15 000 per 6-month period will be allocated up to € 1 000 per application. There is no deadline for this call for expressions; applications will be considered until all funding has been awarded. To apply, please send a description of the event to the I-SITE ULNE Communication Department ([email protected]). The following pieces of information are required: • Organizing structure • Lille laboratories and/or I-SITE ULNE members involved • Name of the contact / leader • Title of the event • Dates • Keywords • Location of the event • Target audience • Expected number of participants • Guest speakers (name and university / laboratory, the presence of international speakers is essential) • Objectives of the event and expected impact (10 lines max) • Describe how the event responds to the I-SITE ULNE priorities (themes of the hubs, international development, educational innovation, and development of business partnerships) (10 lines max) Counterparties to be defined: • Displaying I-SITE ULNE logo on the event website. • Distributing I-SITE ULNE communication tools (leaflets and goodies). • Allowing I-SITE ULNE to be present during the event (posters and banners, stand, etc.). 1 Lille University, Centrale Lille, ENSAIT, ENSCL, IMT Lille-Douai, Sciences Po Lille, ESJ, ENSAPL, Arts et Métiers - Campus de Lille, CNRS, Inserm, Inria, University Hospital of Lille and Institut Pasteur of Lille. 2 Partners are Centre Oscar Lambret, Université d’Artois, Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale, Université de Valenciennes et du Hainaut Cambrésis, la FUPL, SKEMA Business School, IFSTTAR, ONERA and IFREMER.
