The Second Regular Session ended on May 7, 2016, lasting 81 days. During the session, 1,361 bills, resolutions, and memorials were introduced, of which 374 were signed or filed into law and 14 were vetoed. Of these legislative proposals, 53 bills impacting the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) were approved by the Arizona Legislature , with one bill (House Bill 2434) being vetoed by Governor Douglas A. Ducey.
