Dr Allan Zeman, GBM, GBS, JP Chairman, Ocean Park Corporation Dr Zeman is the Chairman of Ocean Park, a major theme park in Hong Kong. He is also the Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Holdings Ltd, the major property owner and developer in Lan Kwai Fong, the premier food, beverage, and entertainment area in Hong Kong. He sits on the Board of Wynn in Las Vegas, and is the Vice-Chairman of Wynn Macau, Ltd. Dr Zeman serves as a director of the “Star” Ferry Company, Ltd. and an independent non-executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Ltd., non-executive director of Sino Land Company Ltd. and Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Ltd. as well as Chairman of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Performing Arts Committee. In addition to his many business interests, Dr Zeman contributes much of his time to public service in Hong Kong. I. He was previously awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) and appointed as Justice of the Peace in 2004 and 2001 respectively. Dr Zeman was conferred an honorary degree, Doctor of Laws Degree (L.L.D.) from The University of Western Ontario, Canada. In 2010, Inchape Motors Ltd – Jaquar HK presented an Icon Reimagined Award to him. In 2008, DHL / SCMP named him as Businessman of the year. In 2007, Style Magazine named him as Stylemaker of the Year. .
