Additional features include an onsite cafe, multipurpose conference rooms, and both interior and exterior water features. The project has many sustainable features including providing preferred parking for low-emitting / fuel-effi cient vehicles, bicycle storage, reduced water use fi xtures, lighting controls, and waste management program to name a 225 North Shore Drive few.
