- one (1) natural gas fired make up air unit, having a maximum heat input of 6,088,000 kilojoules per hour, discharging into the atmosphere through a stack (Mau-1), having an exit diameter of 0.1 metre, extending 1.52 metres above the roof and 9.02 metres above grade; - one (1) wind tunnel, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.76 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-1), having exit dimensions of 0.6 metre by 0.9 metre, extending 1.1 metres above the roof and 8.6 metres above grade; - one (1) laboratory oven, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.1 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-5), having an exit diameter of 0.2 metre, extending 3.7 metres above the roof and 11.2 metres above grade; - one (1) exhaust system serving the vibration tester room, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.26 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-8), having an exit diameter of 0.2 metre, extending 0.9 metre above the roof and 8.4 metres above grade; - one (1) cooling water heat exchanger, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 29.17 cubic metres per second, through an exhaust (Ex-13), having exit dimensions of 5.5 metres by 1.2 metres, extending 2.0 metres above the roof and 9.5 metres above grade; - four (4) electrical brazing furnaces, each exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 1.64 cubic metre per second, through separate stacks (Ex-15, Ex-18, Ex-21 and Ex-26), each having an exit diameter of 0.3 metre, extending 2.4 metres above the roof and 9.9 metres above grade; - three (3) general exhaust systems, each exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 5.35 cubic metres per second, through separate vents (Ex-16, Ex-19 and Ex-20), each having an exit diameter of 1.0 metre, extending 1.1 metres above the roof and 8.5 metres above grade; - one (1) general exhaust system, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 1.3 cubic metres per second, through a wall vent (Ex-23), having exit dimensions of 0.6 metre by 0.6 metre, extending 4.6 metres above grade; - one (1) general exhaust system serving an environmental room, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 1.1 cubic metres per second, through a stack (Ex-31), having an exit diameter of 0.25 metre, extending 3.7 metres above the roof and 12.1 metres above grade; - one (1) natural gas fired ethylene glycol boiler, having a maximum heat input of 131,875 kilojoules per hour, discharging into the atmosphere through a stack (B-2), having an exit diameter of 0.2 metre, extending 1.5 metres above the roof and 9.0 metres above grade; - one (1) natural gas fired water boiler to provide hot water to two spray nozzle package evaporators, having a maximum heat input of 1,160,500 kilojoules per hour, discharging into the atmosphere through a stack (B-3), having an exit diameter of 0.3 metre, extending 2.7 metres above the roof and 11.1 metres above grade; - one (1) laboratory fume hood, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 1.35 cubic metres per second, through a stack (Ex-2), having exit dimensions of 0.25 metre by 0.46 metre, extending 0.9 metre above the roof and 8.4 metres above grade; - one (1) electric brazing vacuum furnace, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.02 cubic metre per second, through a side wall exhaust (Ex-3), having an exit diameter of 0.6 metre, extending 5.5 metres above grade; - one (1) nickel spraying cabinet with a maximum spraying rate of 1 kilogram per hour, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 1.18 cubic metres per second, through a stack (Ex-4), having an exit diameter of 0.4 metre, extending 4.9 metres above the roof and 15.9 metres above grade; - one (1) electric brazing furnace, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 1.64 cubic metres per second, through a stack (Ex-6), having an exit diameter of 0.3 metre, extending 2.44 metres above the roof and 9.9 metres above grade; - one (1) model shop welder, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.59 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-7) having an exit diameter of 0.25 metre, extending 0.65 metre above the roof and 8.15 metres above grade; - one (1) salt spray testing cabinet with a HEPA filter, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.47 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-9), having an exit diameter of 0.2 metre, extending 1.3 metres above the roof and 8.8 metres above grade; - one (1) fume hood, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.48 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-10), having an exit diameter of 0.2 metre, extending 0.4 metre above the roof and 7.9 metres above grade; - one (1) electrical flux drying oven and evaporator to remove water moisture from the products, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.52 cubic metre per second, through a stack (Ex-11), having an exit diameter of 0.25 metre, extending 2.4 metres above the roof and 9.9 metres above grade; - one (1) welding booth, having a maximum usage rate of 1.0 kilogram of welding rods per 8 hour shift and an electric drying oven used to dry parts, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 0.94 cubic metre per second, through a common stack (Ex-12), having exit dimensions of 0.4 metre by 0.4 metre, extending 1.2 metres above the roof and 8.7 metres above grade; - one (1) exhaust system serving an aluminum fines operation, discharging exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 4.5 cubic metres per second, through a stack (Ex-24), having an exit diameter of 0.76 metre, extending approximately 3.0 metres above the roof and 10.5 metres above grade; - two (2) identical wall mounted exhaust systems serving the Research and Development/Corporate Headquarters facility, interlocked with a direct gas fired make up air unit (Mau-1) having a maximum heat input of 6,088,000 kilojoules per hour, exhausting into the atmosphere at a volumetric flow rate of 10.1 cubic metres per second, through fan exhaust outlets (Ex- 25 and Ex-30), located approximately 3.7 metres above grade; - one (1) exhaust system (Ex-27) venting the combined exhaust of four (4) nickel plating lines and one (1) three-stage scrubber serving the caustic pretreat tank.
