HEREBY STATE that I am of the opinion that: The site is suitable for the beneficial uses associated with high density residential development and commercial land-use, subject to the following conditions attached thereto: On-going groundwater monitoring (at least six-monthly for three years) is required and should be formalised through provision of a Groundwater Quality Management Plan (GQMP) within 30 days of the date of this statement. Asian Pacific Building Corporation will be responsible for its implementation.
