JOHN HARMON PATSY JORDAN Emergency closure announcements will also be sent to all metro Atlanta television stations (ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX), as well as, minimally, the following radio stations: CLARK MENARD WSB750 AM, WGST640 AM and WLJA101.1 FM/WLJA1560 AM. We ask your KELLY POOLE cooperation in monitoring one of these stations. ROBERT RECHSTEINER When school is dismissed early, we cannot delay the departure of the buses long enough for all students to call their parents. Students must be sent home immediately. (Note: All After-School Programs and other afternoon/evening activities would be cancelled.) Please be aware that it is impossible to contact each parent personally. Therefore, select only ONE of the options below for school personnel to follow in the event of early dismissal. IMPORTANT: IF SCHOOL IS DISMISSED EARLY, STUDENTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A TELEPHONE. NAME OF CHILD _______________________________________________________ In the event of an emergency and school is dismissed early: (Please check one of the five options below). _____ 1. My child should go home on his/her regular CCSD bus. OR _____ 2. My child should ride a CCSD bus to a neighbor’s house. (This must be within the same school boundary).
