TAKING A SCREENSHOT Use this guide to take a picture of what is being displayed on your computer screen. 1. Set up your computer screen to display the item of which you want to take a picture. 2. Locate the Print Screen key on your keyboard, which is typically found on the upper right corner of your keyboard. It may look something like this example. 3. If your Print Screen key has a box around it, like the one shown to the right, you’ll also need to locate the Function key. The Function key is typically located on the bottom left corner of your keyboard. Print Screen with box. Function Key 4. Once you’ve located the appropriate keys on your keyboard, check again to ensure your computer screen has the correct item(s) displayed for your screenshot. 5. If you have a Print Screen key without a surrounding box, simply press it. If you have a Tip: Did Print Screen Work?
