Barbara Belyea, originally from Vancouver, has an M.A. in English from the Univer· sity of Nottingham and is at present completing a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at the University of Alberta. Elizabeth Brewster is a poet, novelist and teacher of English at the University of Saskatchewan. James Eayrs is a distinguished political scientist at the University of Toronto. Jo-Ann Fellows is a Research Associate, directing the Canadian branch of the Pro­ gramme for Loyalist Studies and Publications a t the University of New Brunswick. Robert Gibbs is a poetand critic who teaches English at the University of New Brunswick.
