Environment All Microsoft Windows Operational Systems Resolution In order to use Fiddler to collect HTTP/HTTPS logs, perform the steps below: 1. Access http://www.fiddler2.com/Fiddler2/version.asp and click on Install Fiddler 2 2. After file "Fiddler2Setup.exe" is downloaded, install theapplication 3. Read and agree with License Agreement 4. Select Installation Path 5. Hit Install 6. After "Completed" message is displayed, click on "Close" 7. Close all the applications in your machine (in order to avoid capture irrelevant information) 8. Start Fiddler tool 9. Open the application in which the issue happens and reproduce the problem 10. After the issue has been reproduced, go back to Fiddler, click in File and "Capture Traffic" 11.
